- City planners received a new application for the project in 2024 and it is not yet under construction.
- The Scotts Valley City Council first considered the project in June 2021.

- Interest list: Applications for affordable housing in Scotts Valley are administered through a third party called Housekeys. Residents can submit a profile and find more information on the Housekeys website.
