  • The project awaited review by the Scotts Valley Planning Commission as of Dec. 12 2024. The development also would require approval by Scotts Valley City Council.
  • A draft environmental review for the project was published Aug. 30.

    • Three buildings with businesses and eateries near Mount Hermon Road.
    • About 5 acres of parks and open space.
