  • Height: Three stories.
  • Details: The proposed development includes 18 buildings, each with three to six townhomes. Renderings in the preliminary application depict a 24-space parking lot and ground-floor garages. 

“The project is very conceptual at this early stage,” Santa Cruz city staff wrote in an Oct. 31 newsletter. After a full application is filed, the project is expected to go to the Santa Cruz Planning Commission and Santa Cruz City Council for public hearings.
