Project description

  • Total units: 97 townhomes for purchase.
  • Affordable units: 15% of the homes will be for sale for households earning up to 120% of area median income, said Blake Peters, Director of Forward Planning at KB Homes, at a community meeting in March.
  • Height: Three stories.
  • Parking: Two parking spaces per unit in ground floor garages, with 24 guest spaces at the back of the property.
  • Details: The proposed development includes 18 buildings, each with three to six townhomes. The developer described these as “family-style townhomes” with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms per unit.

Pricing on the homes is not yet available but the higher density is intended to lower prices, Peters said in March.

They’re not larger single-family homes that are going to be millions and millions of dollars. So we see this as more of an attainable product,” Peters said.

The development could include a trail along Arroyo Seco creek, he said.
